1. Heloisa was born in Brazil and has made South Florida her home for 23 years. She is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Having worked in many different luxury settings for over 12 years, Heloisa has learned to work well in a high-pressure environment while being very detail oriented.  With a keen understanding of her client’s needs, she can personalize and curate to their specific desires. Born in Colombia but raised in NJ, Patricia is single mother of 2 and proud grandmother of 3 beautiful grandkids.
Patricia relocated to Florida and embarked on a real estate career. Purchased an investment property and had the vision to do an entire makeover and started an Airbnb business. She acquired excellent purchasing negotiation and customer service skills working over 15 years for a manufacturing company.
